Job Title: Representative, Customer Service - SkilledJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Your role will involve engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to foster positive business relationships.

ResponsibilitiesProvide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.Engage with and respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.Support the Sales Department by answering questions via telephone, email, and fax.Research responses in collaboration with sales teams.Maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.Determine charges for services requested and collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collection and billing arrangements.Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.Maintain customer pricing in the ERP system, including entering contracts as needed.Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes.Manage inventory shelf life and expiry records.
Essential SkillsStrong customer service skills with excellent phone and written communication.Experience in supporting sales and healthcare professionals.Ability to manage and document customer interactions accurately.Familiarity with ERP systems for pricing and inventory management.Knowledge of billing processes and coordination with accounts receivable.Understanding of medical terminology and multi-line communication systems.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in preparing service reports and analyzing customer data.Understanding of inventory shelf life and expiry tracking.Ability to research and resolve inquiries in collaboration with sales teams.Comfort with multi-channel communication including phone, email, and fax.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and implementing procedural workflows.Collaborative mindset for cross-functional coordination with sales and finance teams.
Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, requiring the ability to work independently. The work involves collaborating with sales and finance teams through phone, email, and fax. A detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills are necessary to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth procedural workflows.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
