Provides comprehensive clerical support in the acquisition, tracking, management, and disposition of fixed assets, ensuring that Concentrix’s asset investments are safeguarded, accurately accounted for, and aligned with company policies. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient asset control processes, enabling sound financial management and compliance with internal and external regulations.Assists in the receipt, labeling, and accurate documentation of fixed assets, ensuring all relevant records are promptly and properly updated in Concentrix's fixed asset management database. This role involves active participation in regular inventory audits helping to track asset movements and providing support for upcoming export or import activities. Additionally, the position plays a key role in identifying and reporting obsolete, damaged, or underperforming assets, ensuring that these items are flagged for timely action in accordance with company policies and procedures. Through these efforts, the role ensures the integrity of asset records and contributes to efficient asset lifecycle management.Strictly adheres to guidelines for acquisition, maintenance, retention, and disposition of fixed assets and associated records. Affixes inventory tags to designated assets and equipment and replace damaged asset tags. Performs field inventory by physically locating, identifying, and counting assets to keep the auxiliary management database up to date without repeated, incorrect, or inaccurate information.Arranges and completes the physical transfer/disposal of surplus/obsolete/damaged items.Assists with handling surplus and storage areas of the inventory section.Resolves minor inventory location/usage discrepancies.Takes over any asset assignation considering all the internal regulations and provides a record of the completed action to the user. Completing the request includes updating the fixed assets database per assignation.Looks over the damaged furniture and arranges the asset replacement complying with all the internal policies and the provider's regulations.Location:
