Reporting Developer II

Our client, is seeking a Reporting Developer to join their team. In this position you will be part of the Commercial Analytics Reporting Team. The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria and be able to work on a W2 contract basis.
**Job Title: Reporting Developer**
**Location: remote, supporting EST hours**
**Pay Range: $45 - 48 per hour (W2 only)**
**What’s the Job?**
Team & Workload
+ Commercial Analytics reporting team.
+ Ongoing workload, not tied to a single project.
+ Mix of DevOps tickets, data pulls, debugging, analysis, and longer reporting projects (4–6 weeks).
+ Full lifecycle reporting: requirements → coding → testing → deployment.
Must-Haves
+ SQL/T-SQL (strong).
+ Exposure to Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.
+ Strong communication skills (verbal, written, cross-team).
+ Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Desire and capacity to learn quickly.
Nice-to-Haves
+ Python exposure.
+ Paginated reporting.
+ Healthcare experience (preferred but not required).
Soft Skills / Success Factors
+ Must hit the ground running; strong multitasking
+ Adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage pressure are critical.
+ Strong collaboration with client services, QA, and business teams.
+ Examples of past quick learning or juggling multiple priorities are a strong signal.
