Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Reporting Automation Analyst

What can you expect?

In this role, you will develop and implement automation solutions to improve reporting, servicing, and broader business processes. You will gather requirements, analyze data sources, and conduct deep dives into end-to-end processes and stakeholder needs. You will drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable automation workflows and process improvements primarily using Alteryx and other automation tools. Your work will enhance data accuracy, streamline workflows, reduce turnaround times for large data sets, and improve client experience through efficient, reliable reporting and optimized servicing processes.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate with business stakeholders across geographies to gather detailed requirements for reporting and process automationAnalyze and map end-to-end data workflows and business processes to identify automation and improvement opportunitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement automation workflows and process enhancements using Alteryx and other toolsMaintain and support existing automation builds, daily data uploads, and process documentationResearch pipeline opportunities and identify new use cases for automation and process optimizationEducate and promote automation and process improvement solutions across teams to drive adoption and operational efficiencySupport improvements in client data visualization and reporting as neededInvestigate underlying processes and systems that impact data quality and servicing to enable consistent, reliable, and scalable reporting and servicing outcomes

What you need to have:

Experience in data analytics with a strong understanding of data processes, systems, and end-to-end workflowsProven skills in automation tools, especially Alteryx (or similar ETL/automation platforms)Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical automation and process improvement solutionsExperience maintaining automation workflows, managing daily data uploads, and documenting processesFamiliarity with process mapping, workflow design, and methodologies for continuous process improvementStrong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholdersExcellent English (C1 level or higher)

What makes you stand out:

Experience in the insurance industry or shared services environmentAdvanced skills in automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, VBA, Python, SQL)Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Demonstrated experience in process analysis, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
