Reporting & Analytics Enablement Partner Job ID 231297 Posted 08-Sep-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Capital Markets Location(s) Dallas - Texas - United States of America About The Role: As a Reporting & Analytics Enablement Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the user base in data analytics to foster business insights and intelligences, leveraging a series of data sets and technology systems. This role is part of Advisory Services, Customer Success. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, support and train on new and current data and technology systems. What You'll Do: Create data visualizations of key business metrics and trends, delivering insights to user base to make better business decisions Use mathematics and statistics to develop key performance indicators Apply knowledge of data modeling techniques to use base use cases via visual analytics and reports Work with D&T data lake administrators in creating data tables, SQL queries and applied mathematical modeling to enable dashboard and reporting visuals Document issues, resolutions and other actions using an incident management system. Triage, prioritize and advise on configuration and development implementation. Research and support advanced end-user applications and test end-user processes within functional expertise related to reporting and analytics Maintain relationships with internal clients, such as high producer sales professionals and senior executives and external technology partners Use best practice processes around work assignments related to applications. This includes guiding project management efforts, reviewing the quality of output, and evaluating team performance. Have full technical knowledge of supported systems. Consider the business implications of the application to current and future environments. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles, techniques/procedures and supported real estate businesses to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of end-user, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams. Explain difficult or sensitive information. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience as a Salesforce administrative and the ability to create data visualizations. Have the ability to quickly learn and apply Salesforce reporting add-ons such as Conga & Tableau Experience with Dashboard tools such as Power BI and Tableau (creating data tables, queries and visualizations) Experience with Python and SQL query writing Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. Sophisticated math skills.
