As a Reporting Analyst, you'll play a vital role in our finance team, providing critical insights that underpin business performance. You'll partner closely with Supply Chain and Finance Business Units, contributing to key financial processes and optimising reporting functions. This role offers broad business exposure and significant development opportunities within a collaborative and supportive team that champions a hybrid working environment.
What You'll Do
Drive Analysis: Support finance business reporting, including OTC analysis, external reporting, audit, and treasury support.
Optimise Reporting: Contribute to month-end processes and lead the optimisation of dashboard creation.
Insight Generation: Provide input for reporting and governance of key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data analytics, scorecards, and tracking to deliver actionable insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement.
Strategic Input: Prepare in-depth analysis and compelling presentations for senior management, directly aiding decision-making.
Tool Development: Develop and enhance analytical tools and visual aids to improve reporting efficiency and clarity.
What You'll Bring

Experience: 2-4 years in a similar finance role, with FMCG experience being a significant advantage.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills and proficiency with various analytical tools.
