POSITION SUMMARY:  We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support business decision-making. The Report Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, develop reports, and provide data insights.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and maintain reports using various reporting tools and technologies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, gather feedback, and ensure reports meet business needs. Create data visualizations, such as dashboards, charts, and graphs, to present complex data in a clear and concise manner Ensures that quality control is maintained. Investigate and resolve report-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery. Research and recommend new reporting tools and technologies to improve report development and delivery. Ensures that TRISTAR processes are being followed. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensure reports comply with data governance and security policies, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.

Education: 

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or experience in related field.

 

Experience: 

2+ years of experience in report development, data analysis, or related field

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Proficiency in reporting tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Jasper Reports Strong SQL writing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of application security and data protection best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and data partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of database management systems, such as Postgres   Knowledge of Analytic Database such as ClickHouse
