This Position reports to:
Country Logistics Manager
In this role, you will support the Transport & Logistics (T&L) function globally by managing data-related projects, creating high-quality reporting, and driving continuous improvement across reporting and analytics processes. You will work closely with the T&L Management team and stakeholders to deliver accurate performance insights, cost analyses, and tools that enable better decision-making. This position also requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to challenge assumptions, and a proactive approach to driving meaningful change in reporting, systems, and data quality.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Developing tools to support T&L teams, including user training and monitoring ongoing data quality.
Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and reporting solutions.
Preparing and analyzing transportation-related cost savings and performance reports.
Tracking and investigating cost reduction results, comparing actuals versus plan.
Reviewing available data and evaluating the effectiveness of internal processes.
Recommending and coordinating initiatives to continuously improve reporting processes and tools.
Participating in data- and system-related projects, supporting design, implementation, and change management.
Supporting the management team in defining strategic plans and implementing relevant actions.
Applying strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and challenge assumptions.
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, BI, analytics, or project management.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with VBA, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Solid understanding of data analysis, systems, and relational databases.
Proven ability to work proactively, challenge assumptions, and create solutions.
Strong organizational skills; able to work under time pressure.
Experience with data integration projects, process mapping, KPI management, or transportation/logistics (advantageous).
