Report Analyst

The Reports Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards—preferably using Power BI—to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role transforms complex data into clear, actionable visualizations, enabling teams to monitor progress and achieve their goals.

Additionally, the Reports Analyst will develop and implement a workforce management model to optimize resource allocation for the Claims team, ensuring efficient operations and improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategies and operational improvements.Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and customize analytical solutions accordingly.Develop and implement a workforce management model to enhance workload distribution and efficiency within the Claims team.Train and support team members in effectively using reports and dashboards.Communicate findings regularly with stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reports and data.Produce ad hoc reports as requested by management or other teams to address specific business questions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data mining techniques (preferred).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Understanding of database management and data warehousing principles.Experience in Claims Insurance is preferred
