ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Replenishment is responsible for all administrative and analysis tasks related to the replenishment of the warehouse. The role holder is also responsible for using best practices to optimize the replenishment and utilize synergies from an optimized sourcing strategy.

ROLE PROFILE

Propose the optimum ordering quantity to balance supplier and storage costs for MAF Retail.Control the evolution of out of stock for the DC assortment and take appropriate actions to reduce it.Anticipate the stock of products to be expired and take appropriate actions accordingly.Participate with the management team to definition of the logistics strategic plan.Provide inputs for the development of demand forecasting.Ensure the proper implementation of the replenishment procedures and develop system parameters.Ensure the management of the ordering and delivery standards and procedures for the company.Perform the tracking of the orders sent by supplier to minimize the lead time to DC.Monitor the supplier service levels and perform regular performance reviews with suppliers with actions plans

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Retail Management / Logistics.5+ years managing a demand planning/stock management.2+ years in retail business.
