Direct Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine necessary repairs.Remove broken or defective boards using tools such as crowbars, nail pullers, and saws. Replace boards, stringers, and blocks to restore pallet strength and stability.Use nail guns, hammers, saws, and other woodworking tools safely and effectively.Ensure finished pallets meet company and customer quality standards.Stack, sort, and organize repaired pallets for shipment or reuse.
Repairs pallets Qualifications:
Experience with wood repair, construction, carpentry, or pallet repair preferred (not required).Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
