Repair Technician II
Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Repair Technician II to join their team. As a Repair Technician II, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting the Infusion Pump Service team. **Job Title:** Repair Technician II **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT **Pay Range:** $27.04 per hour **Shift:** Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM **What's the Job?** + Perform routine and complex work related to the repair, rework, refurbishment, or upgrades of medical devices. + Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root cause issues. + Comply with all requirements in the Quality and Operational procedures to meet applicable Quality System Regulations. + Assist with investigations and yield improvement activities as necessary. + Document all aspects of Infusion Pump service operations accurately and comprehensively. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or GED equivalent; A.S. degree in a technical discipline preferred. + 1-3 years of industry experience in a high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environment. + Proficiency with cGMP and strong process and product knowledge. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair down to the component level. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technology. + Collaborative and supportive team environment. + Professional development and training opportunities. + Engagement in meaningful work that impacts patient care. + Potential for career advancement within a growing organization.
