About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining aerospace safety systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs and maintenance on aerospace equipment and safety systems.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.Conduct inspections and testing to verify functionality.Document repair activities and maintain accurate service records.Follow all safety protocols and FAA regulations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Previous experience in mechanical or electrical repair (aerospace background a plus).Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent problem-solving skills.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($20–$21/hour).Weekly pay schedule.Opportunities for growth within the companySupportive team environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
