ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs on mobile devices, focusing on quality and efficiency.Hand solder various SMT components with precision.Troubleshoot and repair small electronic devices using appropriate hand tools.Follow detailed documents and procedures to ensure accurate repairs.Communicate effectively with team members both verbally and in writing.Maintain a proactive approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Essential SkillsExperience with mobile device repair (preferred but not essential).Proficient in hand soldering of SMT components.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Good computer skills and attention to detail.Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in computer, laptop, and tablet repairs.Knowledge of assembly, troubleshooting, electronics, and computer maintenance.Beneficial experience with similar repair tasks.

The facility prohibits cell phones on the production floor to maintain focus and productivity. The location is growing, with new inventory being added regularly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
