**Job Title: Repair Technician - Part 145** **Job Description** + We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team full-time. This role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in the inspection, assembly, and testing of mechanical and hydraulic components. + Perform complete tear-downs, inspections, assembly, and testing of mechanical and hydraulic components. + Understand and utilize overhaul manuals, service bulletins, ADs, and manufacturer’s drawings. + Maintain high quality through continuous improvement in work processes. + Disassemble, clean, inspect, paint, assemble, and test components. + Conduct general maintenance on hydraulic test equipment and backshop components. **Essential** **Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of aviation maintenance experience. + Experience within an FAA-approved Quality system or military aviation maintenance. + Proficiency in understanding overhaul manuals, service bulletins, ADs, and manufacturer’s drawings. + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to meet on-time delivery requirements. + Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. + Authorization to work in the US. + Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a generous healthcare subsidy and a 401k match, along with vacation and sick time.
