We are currently seeking candidates for the following position!

Position Summary:

Repair Techs fix servers by following work instructions, disassembling/reassembling units, replacing parts, using test equipment, documenting repairs in a QMS system, and reporting issues to engineering to maintain quality and meet production goals


Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisor.

Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues.Responsible for reading, understanding and following all Work Instructions (WI’s) for each function performed.Works in compliance with safety and all other training.Adheres to and supports QMN’s Corporate Policies and Procedures.Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions.Tests units according to work instructions and process flows.Responsible for inspecting products to ensure it is labeled correctly.Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.Responsible for entering data accurately into the QMS shop floor system.Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by identifying all safety hazards and recommending corrective actions when necessary.Responsible for utilizing proper lifting and material movement techniques at all times.Actively works to improve processes in the company.Performs other duties as directed by management
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Computer literate in a Windows Environment and Internet.Basic math skills.Accurate counting skills.Detail oriented.Good organizational skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Must be self-motivated with ability to use own initiative.Flexibility to change direction frequently with little notice.Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Able to complete projects under tight deadlines.Legible handwriting.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Able to maintain confidentiality.Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature.Able to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms.Good visual acuity.Ability to recognize defects or flaws in routine parts and/or products.Must be able to work overtime.


Skills and Experience Six (6) months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.One year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
