Roles and Responsibilities
Lead repair/refurbishment development activities adhering to process standards, project financials, and time constraints.Work with engineering teams to define requirements, release parts and develop methods/equipment.Work with sourcing and materials teams to source parts.Establish safe manufacturing processes and resolve safety concerns.Ensure compliance through documentation and execution of work instructions and verification/validation.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline and 2 years’ experience in production or engineeringDemonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and planning skillsProven ability to work in self-directed situationsStrong oral and written communication skillsDesired Characteristics
