**Job Title: Repacker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Repacker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently repacked into smaller bins. This position requires the use of computers and RF Scanners, along with the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. **Responsibilities** + Repack products into smaller bins efficiently and accurately. + Utilize computers and RF Scanners in daily tasks. + Maintain inventory records and manage repacking tasks. + Perform repetitive physical work with attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Basic computer skills. + Experience with RF Scan guns. + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. + 6+ months of warehouse experience or a solid work history. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Detail-oriented and computer literate. + Experience in general labor, inventory, and packaging tasks. + Must wear steel-toe shoes/boots at all times. **Why Work Here?** We offer several medical options through Blue Cross/Blue Shield, including premier, basic, and light plans, as well as HSA or FSA, dental, vision, and disability coverage. The standard first shift is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with frequent extended hours from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 50-hour weeks. Overtime is also available on Saturdays. Second shift runs from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with potential overtime during the week and on Saturdays. Weekend shifts are available from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $21.00/hr.
