Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Distribution Center team as Repack Order Selectors. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and labeling merchandise to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick merchandise from designated locations and label cartons for easy identification and scanning.Ensure correct units of measure and product selection.Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies.Prepare and stage orders for shipment.Meet established productivity and quality standards.Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.Adhere to all safety and housekeeping standards within the facility.

Qualifications

Ability to lift 60–80 lbs regularlyHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong commitment to safety and complianceExcellent attendance and reliabilityWillingness to work overtime as neededSolid math, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPower Equipment Certification is a plusMust be able to read, write, and speak English

Work Environment

You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse setting using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Compliance with safety protocols, dress code, and cleanliness standards is expected.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
