What You Will Do:- Actively identify and approach new clients in the Benelux region
- Develop strategic sales plans to generate new business
- Advise prospects on innovative packaging solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable proposals
- Build long-term client relationships with a focus on growth and collaboration
What You Bring:- Strong commercial drive and proven experience in hunting and new business development
- Knowledge of the packaging industry
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Independent work attitude and passion for customer-focused service
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux region
