Our client, **Grand Island NE** , is seeking a **Rental Yard Associate** to join their team. As a Rental Yard Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Equipment Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Rental Yard Associate** **Location: Grand Island NE** **Pay Range: 19.50** **What’s the Job?** + Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment. + Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer. + Oil and lubricate all tools, equipment, and tilt-up braces according to specifications before they go out for delivery. + Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. + Inspect all rental equipment for damage when it returns from a customer and report any damage according to established procedures. **What’s Needed?** + **Ability to operate a forklift, forklift certified preferred** + **Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).** + **Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.** + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What’s in it for me?** + **Pay rate:$19.50** + **Competive pay** + **Direct Hire** + Comprehensive training & development **Interested** ?
