Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Renewal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our vendor, Tenable, by ensuring the closure of all assigned renewal opportunities. This entry-level position involves collaborating with internal teams and partners to manage contract renewals effectively.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with account managers, licensing specialists, and manufacturer vendor representatives to enhance performance.Follow up with account managers regarding renewals from assigned partners.Respond to email or phone inquiries from account managers and vendors about expiring products.Manage lead lists and renewal portals to optimize time, effort, and sales.Oversee the pipeline of quotes and orders.Maintain responsiveness to account managers and partners.Coordinate with internal partners and send proactive emails regarding upcoming contract renewals.Utilize spreadsheets provided by partners to track progress, identify pending tasks, and determine necessary follow-ups.Essential SkillsMinimum 6 months of office experience in a sales or sales support role.Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.High School Diploma or GED.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree or some college education.Interest, passion, or experience in the IT or technology industry.Corporate sales or sales support experience.Work Environment

This role is primarily remote but requires visiting the Chicago office 3-4 times per month to interface with suppliers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a team of approximately 18 renewal specialists, each supporting different businesses.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
