Renewal and Reporting Coordinator

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The **Renewal and Reporting Coordinator** is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can effectively and accurately assist the Renewal & Reporting team with administrative and other functions. This person will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and assisting on projects. They will support projects by gathering and reviewing initial data, as well as assisting with the analysis of data and communicates findings. The Renewal and Reporting Coordinator will ensure data quality & consistency and may produce data reports. They will communicate with internal constituents and may maintain or update information for internal constituents as needed. This person will assist with audits on team performance (renewals and reporting), scheduling, and meeting coordination, as well as perform other duties as assigned. **Other responsibilities include:** + Creating PHI ( _Protected Health Information_ ) forms. + Requesting Administrative Service Agreements. + Working production requests via Salesforce cases. + Performing research in the DG (claims system). + Managing correspondences within the team inbox. **Required Qualifications** + At least 1 year of experience with data entry. + Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), as well as Salesforce. **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with databases and comfortable generating reports. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask. + Previous knowledge of Meritain systems and processes. + Working knowledge of the DG (claims system). **Education** + High school diploma or GED. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
