REMOVAL ASSOCIATE/INVENTORY ASSOCIATE
**Job Title: Removal Associate/Inventory Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Removal Associate/Inventory Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing auction items, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient inventory processes. The position requires flexibility to rotate between various tasks and duties as needed. **Responsibilities** + Know how auction items are categorized on shelves. + Assist customers in finding their items and encourage continued bidding. + Daily scan all purchased products still on shelves, organized by auction close date. + Ensure products are situated correctly on shelves and scanned as picked up by customers. + Review missing product list to search for missing items and escalate to the general manager if not found. + Organize and neaten products for easy retrieval, ensuring barcodes are visible and products are stacked safely. + Proficiently use the inventory check interface dashboard. + Transfer products in and out using scanner and proprietary software. + Maintain safe and efficient warehouse flow by moving pallet jacks and other items. + Keep the area clean and assist customers with order tracking. + Perform other tasks as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday for 8 hours with a half-hour lunch break. + Capability to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with team assistance. + High level of organization and detail orientation. + Proficiency in following written directions and company policies. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Customer-focused attitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Tech-savvy with skills in picking, packing, materials handling, and use of scan guns. + Experience in general labor, inventory management, data entry, and order entry. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a growing company that opens new locations yearly, offering opportunities for career advancement and development. **Work Environment** Work in a warehouse setting with no climate control, where tasks may require moving items indoors and outdoors. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Monroeville, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.25 - $14.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
