We are seeking a highly experienced Recruiter for a virtual position that will initially be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension on a quarterly basis, potentially up to 18 months. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition within a large organization. This role demands a strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the ability to execute swiftly while maintaining quality to meet business hiring objectives.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full life-cycle recruitment process for all full-time employee roles across various business lines including Azure, data security, and sales marketing.Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while extending offers or rejections as necessary.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay informed about current and future hiring needs.Engage with candidates to inform them of potential employment opportunities and keep them interested in future roles.Essential Skills5-7 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity, or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with the ability to develop effective hiring strategies under tight deadlines.Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment or manage a full requisition load consistently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.Proficiency in Boolean Search Strings and the ability to conduct searches across multiple platforms.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.Adaptive to process changes.LinkedIn Certification.Experience in talent acquisition for a large technology company.Work EnvironmentThis is a virtual role that involves supporting various teams within the organization. The position is classified as a staff augmentation contractor role, designed to temporarily augment and support existing resources for cyclical business needs.
