Remote - Project Manager (East Coast or Central time zone)
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for one of our top non-profit healthcare improvement clients. Our client provides millions of people in health care methods, tools and resources to make care better, safer, and more equitable. This role will sit fully remote and be a year-long contract. Our client is working to finalize their strategic plan for the next 3-5 years. The Project Manager will develop and manage the comprehensive project plan to effectively implement and deliver our client’s strategic plan. In this role you will develop, manage, and report on work plans and budgets to achieve desired objectives and financial goals in a timely manner. You will monitor project progress, provide status updates, and act as the main communication link between project teams, management, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include: • Plan, schedule, and facilitate or lead project-related meetings as necessary to meet project outcomes • Managing multiple strategies/initiatives and being able to set priorities • Assign and assure clarity of roles and responsibilities for key stakeholders • Identify, address, and escalate potential roadblocks and risks • Work in a collaborative environment, communicating with all levels of our client’s organization We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager - Proven track record owning a strategy/initiative from start to finish - Experience with budgeting - Strong communication skills – ability to communicate with all levels of the organization - Project manager certifications (PMP, CAPM) - Experience in the healthcare industry
