JOB TITLE: Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to manage logistics operations.Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning and replenishment.Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics software to manage data and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in electronics or manufacturing industries.Familiarity with lean logistics or Six Sigma methodologies.Bilingual in JapanesePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
