Remote Client Services Coordinator Consultant (PST TIME ZONE)
The Client Service Coordinator is a key member of the team, responsible for managing all coordination and administrative activities related to end-to-end, high-touch scheduling for executive roles. Success in this position requires strong partnership, clear and effective communication, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and logistical support to the executive-level recruiting team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of key activities, and interviews. Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership throughout the interview process. Coordinate and schedule interviews, including multi-stage, panel, or technical interviews, ensuring alignment with the availability of candidates, hiring managers, and interview panelists. Manage adjustments and accommodate shifting priorities while maintaining a seamless process. Provide exceptional service to all candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the interview process. This includes assisting with both in-person and virtual interviews, providing clear instructions, answering any questions, and offering personalized support to ensure their comfort. Qualifications: Expertise in coordinating a complex interview process for candidates, particularly at the executive level. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, senior executives, and hiring managers. Ability to provide a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail throughout all stages of the i High level of proficiency with scheduling tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
