Our client, in the Class Action Legal industy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Remote CSR, you will be part of the Class Action Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service, Administration, and Call Center skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Remote Customer Service Agent**
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range: $21.00**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide Customer Support to customer inquiries regarding general class action lawsuits.
+ Translate FAQ's back to consume-from legal to layman terms.
+ Maintain great customer service, and calmness through customer issues and inquiries.
+ Provide exceptional customer service while meeting quality experience.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
+ Solid attention to detail.
+ Strong written and verbal communication.
+ Ability to interpret information-verbalize knowledge and understanding.
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
