Remote Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish)
Hiring Full-Cycle Recruiters for a large tech company based in Redmond, WA! MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Generalist to join our team, supporting our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding the recruiting lifecycle within a large organization and executing tasks swiftly without compromising on quality. Your efforts will help us achieve our business hiring objectives across various teams within the company. Responsibilities + Develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines using your understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles. + Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines. + Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in candidate communication and engagement. + Adapt to process changes efficiently. + Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all tasks. + Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively. + Communicate proficiently between multiple parties, ensuring clarity and efficiency. Essential Skills + Bilingual in English and Spanish. + 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related industry role, or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field. + Experience with tracking systems and Microsoft Office products. + Excellent communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + LinkedIn Certification. + Experience in talent acquisition for a large technology company. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
