Our client, an innovative leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Remanufacturing Disassembly Technician to join their team. As a Remanufacturing Disassembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Remanufacturing Disassembly Technician
**Location:** Springfield, MO
**Pay Range: $16 + Diff**
**Shift:** 1st , 2nd and 3rd ALL SHIFTS
**What's the Job?**
+ Disassemble mechanical or electronic components using hand and power tools.
+ Clean parts using approved solvents, washers, and other cleaning equipment.
+ Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects using precision measuring tools.
+ Replace or repair defective parts according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Reassemble units following technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.
+ 1+ years of experience manufacturing and have a mechanical aptitude, or experience in remanufacturing.
+ Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
+ Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
