Relocation Project Management LeadLocation: Prague
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of relocation and move management projects, from planning and staffing to execution and close-outManage project schedules, budgets, reports, invoices, and ensure compliance with JLL and client proceduresLead and support a team, delegate tasks, and ensure high service quality and client satisfactionMaintain accurate project documentation, revenue status, and administrationCoordinate with vendors and service providers (furniture, technology, contractors) and review supplier performanceServe as primary point of contact with clients, establishing communication channels and managing expectationsIdentify risks, propose improvements, and resolve issues proactivelyOrganize and lead internal meetings, project kick-offs, and regular updates for stakeholdersDevelop and present project reports and status updatesSupport business development by expanding client relationships, contributing to proposals, and participating in marketing activitiesDrive process improvements to optimize productivity and deliver valueComply with all JLL policies and proceduresPeople Management & Leadership
Directly manage and develop a team involved in relocation projectsMentor, train, and conduct performance reviews for team membersPromote teamwork and internal knowledge sharingSkills & Qualifications
6–10 years’ experience in facilities, project or construction management (corporate real estate environment preferred)Experience managing large-scale relocations (1000+ employees)Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suiteExperience with CAD/CAFM and move management modules a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsDetail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexible with work hours and travel; able to supervise physical moves and site activitiesPreferred Background
Experience in project management, construction management, architecture, or strategic planningMinimum 2 years as Senior Relocation Project Manager or similar role
