**Job Title: Relief Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Relief Operator to manage the start-up, normal operation, and shutdown of various systems. This role involves equipment inspection, general housekeeping, and miscellaneous tasks associated with production. The Relief Operator will ensure the mill operates within quality specifications, meeting plant safety requirements and adhering to safe work practices. **Responsibilities** + Operate the grinding system and run accurate quality tests. + Operate heavy equipment and load bulk trucks. + Use the billing system and perform utility functions. + Cover other duties as assigned for shift coverage. + Coordinate shift work in the absence of a shift supervisor. + Act as lead-hand to ensure mill operations are smooth. **Essential Skills** + At least 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment. + Experience with forklift, bulldozer, and front-end loaders. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values safety and quality, providing a collaborative environment where employees can grow and contribute to essential plant operations. You will work in the warehouse and occasionally in a small office performing data entry tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Sparrows Point, MD. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $36.04 - $36.04/hr.
