Position Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issuesEnsure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goalsLead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysisEnsure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standardsManage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work ordersInterpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
