Reliability Engineer
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aluminum industry, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance & Engineering department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Reliability Engineer **Location:** Lewisport, KY 42351 **Pay Range:** $100,000 - $125,000 + 10% bonus **What's the Job?** + Ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems. + Collaborate with project engineering to ensure the reliability of new and modified installations through lifecycle asset management. + Track production losses and high-maintenance assets, implementing root cause analysis and cost reduction strategies. + Participate in the development of design, installation specifications, and commissioning plans for new equipment. + Develop and refine asset maintenance plans, including preventive and predictive testing methodologies to identify reliability issues. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. + 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a heavy industrial environment. + Experience in the aluminum industry or rolling process is highly preferred. + Knowledge of maintenance processes such as RCM, FMEA, and PM/PdM. + Strong technical, process management, and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **What's in it for me?** + Benefits package included to support your well-being and professional growth. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement. + Competitive salary aligned with your skills and experience. + Engagement with a supportive team dedicated to operational excellence. + Chance to contribute to a leading organization in the aluminum manufacturing sector. ****Open to paying relocation** ****US Citizen or Green Card Holders ONLY!** If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
