**About the role**
Elevate your career as a Reliability Engineer with CBRE, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining critical operational systems for a leading Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client. This challenging role calls for an analytical mind to not only supervise and resolve intricate system and infrastructure issues but also to proactively develop strategic asset maintenance plans. You'll apply advanced failure analysis techniques to improve equipment and system reliability, making a tangible impact on vital processes within a growing and essential sector
**What you’ll do**
+ Solutions oriented having a broad impact on the business Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams
+ Define, build, develop, monitor, and refine an asset's maintenance plan.
+ Provide technical support to the site for mechanical equipment and fixed assets.
+ Work with engineering and operations teams to perform the evaluation of assets.
+ Develop risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.
+ Identify faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.
+ Ensure all established policies and procedures are maintained. Maintain documentation of routine maintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and technical reference materials.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide new solutions.
+ Formulate and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
**What you’ll need**
+ Engineering or related technical degree with 8-10 years of job-related experience. Preference will be given to candidates with Facilities Maintenance career experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Certified Reliability Leader or SMRP certification preferred.
+ Past CMMS experience of 2-3 years will be advantageous. The client applies Maximo MAS 9.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ The ability to review large sets of data from analytical tools to identify patterns and outliers.
