We have an exciting work from home opportunity available for a highly motivated individual to manage and support our Telesales vendors as a Relationship Manager. The role will be responsible in ensuring our vendors have a formalized approach on recruitment, training, quality, and managing of the call center staff and activities to achieve superior business performance and sales goals. This role is ideal for candidates that are energetic, empathetic, and looking to become part of a growing business segment. **Job Responsibilities:** + Supports holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement within assigned initiatives + Conducts thorough business case and external customer value analysis to determine selection, prioritization positioning and approach for broadest range of potential solutions (e.g., outsourcing, process improvements, technology solutions) + Participates in influencing client contracting process, builds optimal client relationship for results and deliverables and manages relationship through engagement and performance management + Participates and supports metrics integration and execution for optimal results. Shares joint accountability for initiatives return on investment + Communicates compelling and concise results to empower client groups in decision making process regarding project opportunities + Participates in initiative planning as required. Supports engagement using a disciplined repeatable methodology + Designs, develops interventions and facilitates work sessions. Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials + Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives + Builds and utilizes diverse internal and external networks, as appropriate, for data gathering and best practice identification. Leverages internal and external networking to drive optimal initiative results and knowledge/best practice transfer **Required Qualifications:** Call center sales experience 2+ years of account management 2-3 years General Management-Process & quality improvement Medicare knowledge Demonstrating Business and industry acumen **Preferred Qualifications:** Medicaid Knowledge 2 + years of Training 2+ years of Project Management **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $119,340.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
