The PositionYou will lead the generation of high-quality Access Evidence & Outcomes Research to support successful reimbursement submissions and act as a strategic driver for patient access, ensuring product value is clearly recognized through innovative evidence strategies.
The position is located in Estonia.
The Opportunity
Own and lead the application process, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement (e.g. Medical Team, Primary point of Care Team) to ensure successful market access
Take ownership of the local Access Evidence package and play a key role in shaping Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and reimbursement decisions through clear and high-quality evidence
Analyse and map how different stakeholders use evidence when making access and reimbursement decisions
Execute Advanced Analysis: Conduct and interpret complex analyses (Meta-analyses, NMA, ITC) and critically appraise clinical trials to demonstrate product value
Bridge Data Gaps: Adapt global reference studies to the Estonian context, specifically addressing comparator mismatches and aligning efficiency data with local HTA methodology
Deliver high-quality research by leading outcomes research projects and value dossier development, ensuring high quality and compliance with Standard Operating Principles (SOPs)
Localize Scientific Value: Translate complex clinical concepts and terminology into clear, persuasive arguments for Estonian HTA bodies and payers
Collaborate Globally: Partner with Global Access Evidence teams and other affiliates to leverage Real-World Data (RWD) and share best practices
Lead projects by implementing project management skills to ensure project delivery to expected standards
Who You Are
University degree (Scientific, Pharmacy, Economic, Health Policy)
High Quality demonstrable writing skills including ability to interpret medical terminology and translate complex clinical concepts into clear and accurate Estonian language
English language fluent, local language is a „must-have“
Proven evidence analyzing and synthesizing skills including advanced skills in meta-analysis, network meta-analysis, indirect comparison methods and cross-validation of evidence from multiple data sources
Demonstrate the understanding of how evidence is used in decision-making, including how it impacts various customers (e.g., providers, patients, and payers)
Knowledge and understanding of Real World Evidence Generation and economic evaluation concepts
System thinking, act from the whole system perspectives and long-term view
Enabler mindset leveraging the internal and external networks to create value
Proven project management skills by leading complex projects in the past
Be open to work in agile and fast-paced environment where change is constant
