Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join a financial services client in NYC. The Regulatory Reporting Analyst will support critical monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting obligations. The team has taken on expanded technology and data responsibilities, increasing the need for additional analytical and coordination support. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, compliant reporting to federal regulators and supporting ongoing remediation efforts following recent regulatory findings. The ideal candidate brings strong financial services experience, a solid understanding of regulatory reporting, and the ability to coordinate fast‑moving workstreams in a high‑volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of 14 MNQ monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Assist with H1 and H2 reporting cycles already scheduled.
- Contribute to liquidity, loan size, and deal‑level reporting submitted to the Federal Reserve as part of regulatory stress‑testing obligations (federally mandated).
- Review regulatory submissions for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal data sources.
- Compare agreement data, system data, and regulatory outputs to identify inconsistencies or gaps.
- Participate in remediation efforts led by the team’s strategy lead, ensuring corrections are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Support ongoing remediation tied to a recent MRIA, helping ensure high-quality, audit‑ready data.
- Monitor monthly changes in regulatory reporting requirements and adjust processes accordingly.
- Coordinate workflows across the team and partner groups, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage spreadsheets, tracking documents, and data repositories used for reporting and remediation.
- Schedule and facilitate team calls, capturing meeting minutes and action items.
- Serve as a point of escalation to the team lead where issues require attention.
- Maintain a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and why specific data elements must be reported.

Skills and Requirements
- 5-8 years' experience in a regulatory reporting role in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to 14 Monthly and Quarterly regulatory reporting (14 M&Q) regimes
- Strong excel and data-focused analytical skills
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time - Background in data lineage or regulatory data remediation projects.
