As a Transaction Processing Supervisor within Asset Servicing, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management and control of the daily workflow, including corporate action and income products.
 

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the workflow through the life cycle of Corporate Action and Income productsOperationally manage and control the daily workflow within the Asset Services teamMaximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planningEnsure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off, including client service inquiry resolution, cash and stock break, event management, as well as all key metrics are produced as requiredProvide direction and leadership to the teamProvide effective communications to the department, ensuring staff are aware of strategic and regulatory changes in the organizationConduct ongoing review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with introduction of new policies and ongoing risk management activitiesContribute to the strategic development of asset servicing products

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Operational subject matter expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Support, Asset Servicing, Risk and Control, and CustodyStrong people management skills, ability to lead and motivate managersStrong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processesStrong risk and control awareness, including ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlinesConfident communication skills in all mediums to both internal and external clientsStrategic thinking; Able to review and implement process improvementsBachelor’s degree or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
