This role will champion global regulatory excellence for personal care ingredients - ensuring safe, compliant, and innovative beauty solutions reach consumers worldwide. We strive to enable market access through timely registrations, act as a trusted partner across global teams and authorities, and guide new product development with integrity and expertise. By driving strategic regulatory initiatives, we empower sustainable growth and set industry standards for quality and compliance.

What you will do:

Lead global regulatory strategy and compliance for Beauty & Home to ensure timely product registrations and documentation.

Develop and implement regulatory frameworks for EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA regions

Lead dossier preparation and submission for I-PIF (EU), CSAR (China), REACH, NMPA (China), and D&C Act (India)

Ensure compliance with MoCRA (USFDA), ISO16128, COSMOS/NATRUE, and microplastic regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Quality) to align regulatory documentation and product claims.

Monitor global regulatory changes and proactively update internal systems and stakeholders.

Represent the company in cosmeceutical forums and regulatory associations.

Support audits, certifications, and customer regulatory queries.

Act as the primary regulatory liaison with global teams, customers, distributors, and national regulatory bodies.

Advise new product development on mandatory regional regulatory practices; ensure dossiers meet applicable standards.

Monitor, interpret, and influence regulatory changes relevant to personal care portfolios.

Prepare training materials and support customer/distributor queries on regulatory standards and conformance.

Qualified candidates must have:

Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharma or related science.

Minimum 10 years of regulatory experience in personal care/cosmeceuticals

Proven expertise in global cosmetic regulations and dossier compilation

Experience with CMR filing, REACH, US FDA, NMPA, and India’s Drugs & Cosmetics Act

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Deep knowledge of EU 1223/2009 (PIF, CPNP), MoCRA (FDA), CNF (Canada), GMP, allergen labeling, bilingual labeling

Membership in regulatory forums (ICCR, PCPC, IBA, ABIHPEC, CCTFA) is an added advantage
