Regulatory and Compliance Lead Analyst - Verity Solutions - Remote

Position Summary

The Regulatory and Compliance Lead Analyst provides critical support to ensure the effective administration of compliance and training programs. This role is responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining industry and program documentation, coordinating audits, and supporting training initiatives. The position helps uphold program integrity and promotes clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs

*Monitor 340B program updates and industry regulations from HRSA/OPA, Medicaid, manufacturers, and other key agencies.

*Track and document ongoing rule and policy changes.

*Collect, organize, and maintain internal resource libraries of industry updates.

Audit & Compliance Support

*Coordinate client audit support activities, including HRSA, manufacturer, payer, and mock audits.

*Maintain audit documentation and track outcomes.

*Assist in compiling compliance reports and dashboards for leadership review.

*Support data entry and tracking for compliance metrics and training completion.

Training Coordination

*Schedule and coordinate training sessions for staff and external stakeholders.

*Maintain records of training attendance, certification status, and completion.

*Assist in developing and preparing training materials, presentations, and related resources in collaboration with leadership.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

*Monitor and respond to inquiries from internal teams and covered entities related to regulatory, compliance, and training topics.

*Provide clear, timely communication to support a positive stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

Education

*High school diploma required.

*Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

*3+ years of 340B program experience and a foundational understanding of pharmacy operations required.

*Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or compliance.

Skills

*Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred Certifications

*Apexus 340B Certified Expert (ACE)

*Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credential

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 81,600 - 136,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
