This role supports our Global Regulatory Affairs initiatives as we build and strengthen our new RA documentation system. 

 

What You Will Do 

Collect, organize, and verify regulatory documents and data requested by the Global RA team. 

Populate, maintain, and routinely update a master Excel tracking sheet with high accuracy. 

Ensure all documents are labeled, structured, and filed in alignment with RA requirements. 

Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending or missing documents. 

Support administrative tasks related to regulatory compliance and documentation. 

Contribute to strengthening data quality and consistency for the new RA System.

Minimum Qualifications 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering). This is a must. 

Strong and fast typing skills with high attention to detail. 

Good command of English (written and verbal). 

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

Prior internship or academic exposure to Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Life Sciences, or related fields. 

Experience handling structured documentation or data management systems.
