**Title:** Regulatory Affairs Associate
**Location:** Lake County, IL or Columbus, OH
**Duration:** 12 Months | 100% Onsite
**Pay Range:** $27–$29 per hour (W2)
We are seeking a **Regulatory Affairs Associate** to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
**Role Overview**
The Regulatory Affairs Associate (Contract) will support Regulatory Operations by assisting with operational activities within regulatory projects. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and global regulatory requirements and requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and effective cross-functional communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support regulatory projects by processing quality documentation and conducting regulatory assessments.
+ Ensure the integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness of assigned documentation and deliverables.
+ Communicate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries and documentation requirements in accordance with regulatory standards.
+ Participate in program strategy discussions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
+ Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and R&D to ensure effective execution of regulatory activities.
+ Complete additional assignments as directed by management while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related scientific field.
+ 1–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance (regulatory or quality experience preferred).
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
