Regulatory Affairs and SHE Associate - Internship

The Position

The Opportunity 
The purpose of this internship is to provide a foundational understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s \"License to Operate.\" You will support the Regulatory and SHE departments in maintaining market access and operational compliance while gaining hands-on experience in risk management and administrative coordination.

Major Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs Support
- Submission Assistance: Help compile documentation for license renewals and annual registrations.
- Database Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the tracking systems for product lifecycle and registration status.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Support the team in gathering information on local regulatory changes and archiving direct communications with health agencies.
- SOP Maintenance: Aid in the formatting and version control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
SHE & Business Resilience Support
- Strategic Plan Tracking: Assist in monitoring the progress of annual safety and environmental objectives.
- BCM Documentation: Support the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans by helping update contact lists and site resilience files.
- Audit Preparation: Help organize documentation and logistics for upcoming internal audits and site inspections.
- Distributor Follow-up: Aid the team in tracking the status of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) for external partners.
Training & Engagement Coordination
- Training Logistics: Coordinate the scheduling and attendance tracking for SHE and Regulatory training sessions.
- Awareness Campaigns: Support the creation of internal communication materials (newsletters, posters) to promote a culture of safety and compliance.

Who you are You
As an ideal candidate, will have the following experience, education, and knowledge:
- Recent graduate with no more than 2 years of experience 
- University Degree in Pharmacy / Medicine or other relevant Pharmaceutical or Biological Disciplines. Pharm D preferred


You, as an ideal candidate, will have the following skills:
- Fluent in French, Basic knowledge of English (written & spoken) with clear commitment on improving your language skills 
- Eager to learn, self-managed & directed, bold, and being able to prioritize
- The ability to work with cross-functional teams is a must
- Ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools
- Ability to deeply listen, question & understand, and communicate smoothly

Note: 6 months internship - Might be renewed for business needs
