Position Summary The Regulatory Analyst position must have between 1 and 2 years of regulatory experience and also the ability to deal with primary issues in the registration process and thus be able to make decisions based on the guidance provided by their leadership. He can carry out his activities without needing so much assistance, however, his scope still largely depends on the decisions and guidance of his manager. Contribute to the management of the LATAM Regulatory area, working to support its leadership in meeting established goals and deadlines, ensuring that all Energizer products and brands are in compliance with the regulatory and legal policies of each market. Responsibilities + Support to get technical and legal docs and adjust them based on the requirements of each market. + Support your leadership as for to hire a regulatory agency process to process the registration, following steps pre-defined by the area. + Support to registration products process before the governmental authorities and tracking update the registration in compliance to expiration dates. + Confirm portfolio of each market to updates and new registration. + Provide distributors with regulatory and legal documents to register and sell the products in compliance with the law. + For markets where registration is not required, ensure local requirements for import and provide regulatory and legal documents to import, store, transport and sell in compliance with laws. + Tracker the payment process to agencies and government fees together with local teams. + Provide feedback for your leadership to hold quarterly meetings with LATAM teams for process and portfolio updates. + Ensure that all products comply with local requirements in each country. + Update list of regulatory requirements for Brazil and LATAM. + Inform your leadership of any non-compliance in the processes involved. What we are looking for + Degree required in Business Administration, Legal, or related career. + Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Regulatory function. + Language: English advanced and Spanish is a plus . + Office suite (Excel formulas and reports and PPT presentations). + Excellent communication skills (written and oral). + Demonstrated competencies in influencing, collaboration and achieving results in alignment with business goals. + Ability to effectively communicate to and lead internal and external teams. + Strong analytical and problem resolution skills. + Ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work.
