Registration Services Senior Associate will be responsible for the preparation and review of subscription, redemption, transfer, and commitment documentation related to underlying investments. The role also encompasses ongoing lifecycle maintenance of investments, including AML/KYC documentation, proxy and corporate action processing, investor communications, and other documentation required throughout the investment lifecycle. In addition to transaction management, this role plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of transactions, while actively managing communications with underlying fund administrators and clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Registration Services, Senior Associate you will:
Prepare and review subscription, redemption, transfer, and commitment documentation for fund-of-funds investments.Manage and execute ongoing lifecycle maintenance activities for underlying investments, including tracking investment events, monitoring fund communications, and preparing required documentation such as AML/KYC updates, proxy materials, corporate actions, and other related deliverables.Review trade packages and supporting documentation, and assist in resolving transaction-related queries in a timely and accurate manner.Manage shared mailboxes and communications from underlying fund administrators and clients, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution of all inquiries.Perform contract note review and reconciliation oversight, ensuring discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved appropriately.Review and assist associates with month-end deliverables and fund-of-funds related reporting requirements.Collaborate with global teams to support accurate and timely execution of fund-of-funds investment transactions and related documentation.Participate in annual audit and assist with ad hoc reporting or documentation requests as needed.What we value

Proficient with a Bachelor’s degree2-4 years of relevant experience in fund administration, fund-of-funds operations, investment document management, or a related financial services environment.Prior experience in transfer agency operations will be considered a strong asset, particularly where exposure includes subscription, redemption, and investor transaction processing.Proficient in email managementCandidates must demonstrate initiative, be able to perform well under pressure, and simultaneously handle multiple assignments Excellent administrative and organizational with the proven ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables Proficiency in Spanish is considered as asset.About State Street

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $94,120 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
