Responsible for providing student records and administrative support for the Registrar. In assisting the Registrar, the Registrar Clerk will interact with staff, students, and external parties regarding student records content. The Registrar Clerk will be responsible for adhering to campus Academic compliance to include procedures, records, and process integrity. Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

 

• Student Records Management: Your primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining student files and records, ensuring their accuracy and security, and contributing to a smooth administrative process. You'll handle tasks such as scanning documents, data entry, and document preparation.

 

• Exception Resolution: You'll play a crucial role in reconciling exceptions and investigating/resolving records in our Student Management System. Your attention to detail will ensure that policies are adhered to and exceptions are documented appropriately.

 

• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of your role. You'll interact with staff, students, and external parties, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to our core values.

 

  Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree strongly preferred.


• Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are essential.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent customer service skills are essential.


• Experience with CampusNexus is a plus.
