Your Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and monitor health status

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans

Administer medications, injections, and treatments per provider orders

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation

Educate patients and families on medications, health management, and follow-up needs

Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team

Follow strict infection control and safety protocols

Apply strong clinical judgment in urgent or emergent situations

Build trust and meaningful relationships with patients and families

What We’re Looking For

Active Hawaii RN license

Previous nursing experience (home health experience a plus!)

Strong clinical skills and confident decision-making

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Able to work independently in the field

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered

Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN or diploma)
