Where You Will Work:

The ICU is a collaborative and welcoming place to continue your critical care career, our nursing team here is like a small family offering a welcoming and supportive environment. This 6-bed standard ICU cares for basic critically ill patients including intubated/vented patients and patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs.

Our department is committed to clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement, utilizing current best practices, advanced technology, and ongoing education to achieve optimal patient outcomes. We foster a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and professional growth, encouraging staff to expand their critical care expertise through mentorship, training, and shared governance.

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required within 6 months.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
